Your Body Revolution is my vision of the future - a future where people don't struggle with food, exercise, and their bodies, but rather embrace a lifestyle that empowers them to have healthy, lean bodies that they can love.

I've figured out how to help people do just that. My professional experience has been focused on coaching people to change within the context of a broader organizational change. My passion is helping people change their bodies. Now I've combined my professional expertise with my passion to create a process for coaching people to change their bodies. And it's working.

My first client was... me. Before I created Your Body Revolution, I was an avid exerciser (and eater), but I didn't have the benefit of all the education, certifications, and research that I have now. I exercised like crazy (60 minutes on the Stairmaster, anyone?), starved myself, and still wasn't happy with my body. I knew it could be better, but I felt like I couldn't workout differently or change my eating habits.

The worst part was that my health was suffering from the way I lived my life - my adrenals were burned out, my thyroid was acting up, my energy was up and down, I was hungry all the time and a little depressed. I knew something had to change, but I thought I couldn't do it. Until Your Body Revolution.

I slowly began to change the way I worked out to focus less on calorie burning and more on building lean mass and burning fat. I learned how to turn my body into a fat-burning machine... by exercising less but with intention, intensity, and most importantly, a plan.

At the same time I started changing my eating habits one by one. Each time I changed a habit, I felt empowered to change the next one, and it became easier and easier to change. Now the way I eat is a collection of habits that support my lean and healthy body. I'm never hungry, I feel great, and I don't crave unhealthy foods (this coming from a former cookie and diet coke addict)!

I didn't "join the revolution" to lose weight or even get a better body. I did it to find a healthier, easier, less stressful way to keep the body I had. And I got all of that. But I got something I didn't expect - a better body. I lost a few pounds of fat; gained a solid, ripped core; and built long, lean, balanced muscles. And I feel like it's pretty easy to maintain, because my lifestyle and new habits support having the body I want.

Your Body Revolution transformed my body, but it also changed my life. I'm happy with my body, have more confidence, and have a sense of freedom from food/exercise/body issues. I know for a fact that it works, and I'm excited and passionate to empower others the way I have been empowered.

Your Body Revolution includes fitness, nutrition and life coaching to change clients' hearts, minds, and actions... and ultimately their bodies... for life. Being happy with your body, not having to struggle to maintain it, and looking/feeling great, leads to freedom in other areas of life - relationships, work, family, health, etc. If you could finally, once and for all, be happy with your body and have the power to keep it, how would that change your life?
